Headstart Physiotherapy is relocating to Churchlands from 15th June 2020. The new practice is co-located with the Perth Dizziness and Balance Centre in brand new purpose built premises.

We will also be recommencing face to face consultation at this time. We will be taking extra precautions to maximise the safety of patients and have implemented increased infection control procedures within the clinic in line with government recommendations.

We will still be providing telehealth video consultation services for those who would prefer that option during the COVID 19 period. Please see our online booking page for available appointments.

Parking

In Churchlands, there is some off peak parking in Selby Street near the clinic.

The easiest parking option is to park in the 4 hour bays at Grantham Park in the carpark adjacent to that park. The entrance to this carpark is from Pearson Place in Churchlands. It is just a short two minute walk along the footpath towards Selby Street and the entrance to the building.

If you have mobility issues, there are a couple of spaces in the building which may be reserved for you. Please call us ahead of your appointment and this can be arranged.
